For the past decade, District 04 has been increasingly sought after in Singapore’s property market. The reason? Not only is it ideally situated adjacent to the core of the business district, but also because it is part of an ambitious plan to rejuvenate the Greater Southern Waterfront.
Situated in the southern region of Singapore, District 04 includes:
• Harbourfront: As the name suggests, this private district is coveted for its waterfront front living, central location, and accessibility to adjacent business and lifestyle hubs and a gateway to Sentosa Island.
• Telok Blangah: In contrast with the private enclave that is Harbourfront, Telok Blangah on the other hand, is the public residential town closest to the Southern waterfront right next door.
